Good morning I. G.Burton ( Lewes). Once again I went in for regular service. I was greeted by Mr. Matt Stanton in a friendly , courteous manner. The dealership was very busy in the early AM. I mention this : because Mr. Stanton Came back to the waiting area and spoke to the majority of people waiting and spoke to them. As I have waited over the years waiting for my 2 vehicles to be serviced, I have heard many favorable comments about Mr. Stanton. Mr. Stanton informed me that I was in need of front brakes. Back brakes indicated ok . Also lt was time to change 2 filters ion the vehicle . The service recommendation is around 20,000 miles. And it was due. I appreciate that information and told Mr. Stanton to go ahead and let’s change the filters and apply new front brakes. It only took a short extra wait , but really worth it . For when I left the dealership, I felt a lot safer with the work that had been done and knew my vehicle was handle with care and concern . I will continue to say that Mr. Stanton is a professional with outstanding knowledge. He is an expert asset to your service department. Also thanks to the actual service members who actually work on the vehicles. They continue to do outstanding work. Very satisfied with the service department ( I.G. Burton Lewes).
