Confirmed Service Customer
Good afternoon I.G. Burton( Lewis). The last time my vehicle was at your maintenance shop was about three months ago. It was there for regular oil, rotate tires etc. as expected the service department did a superb job. While the vehicle was being worked on, my service advisor( Mr Matt Stanton) stated to me that the next date of service or perhaps the time after that, that the 2016 Buick might need new brakes. I thanked him for that information . This past week , perhaps it was the way I hit the brakes or my foot was on the tip of the brakes, I thought that I should get the brakes checked? So I returned the vehicle on Sept. 6 th and Mr Matt Stanton stated they would conduct a thorough exam. After some time had passed. Mr. Stanton advised me that the brakes under all the tests given were still. Good and did not need changing at this time. I was thankful about that, and realized more than likely that it was me and how I applied the brakes. Since I was at the dealership I asked if we could have a regular maintenance performed,which they did . I continually hold in high praise Mr Matt Stanton, who is highly knowledgeable in auto maintenance. He has always been friendly, courteous and helpful Explaining things to the customer. I also want to commend the Service Manager, Mr. Bryan Reynolds, who on more than one occasion , has provided very good advice .I find Mr . Reynolds and his staff to be very professional, courteous and helpful. As I said before , it is a happy occasion , to take your vehicle to IG Burton , because you are going to be very satisfied when you drive your vehicle alters service. Your vehicle has been in good hands. Keep the good service alive . Thank you .
