He patiently answered all my questions and explained issues regarding license plates, changing my auto insurance, etc. He even accompanied me as I drove my new car home. Rescuing my 2016 Toyota trade-in by charging its dead battery and driving it to its new home at IG Burton as I waved goodbye.
