The entire dealership was incredibly caring. We are from out of state and Our car had significant transmission problems. We were worried with our 3 kids and lots of vacation gear. Shane, at the service department coded it right away confirming there was a meaningful issue. We rented a car to continue on our vacation. Shane stayed in regular contact with me. He confirmed the problem and was willing to have it done quickly so we could pickup and return home. I asked about trading in and looking at a new vehicle as the 1 essential repair and 2 recommended ones were expensive. I was upset being it was a 2018 Buick enclave with just 70k mi. Dana got in touch with me from sales. They offered a very fair trade and he worked with me on the phone for hours to situate a trade and buy doing a lot of leg work ahead of time since we were not in town on vacation. This was an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation. Dana made it so much better by clearly and consistently communicating directly with me. We came by the dealership on our way back. He was so friendly to all of us. He took the time to help show us the features of a Chevy traverse zr71 and gmc Acadia. The price was fair, considering the high demand and scarcity of the vehicles. He arranged financing with seemingly no effort on my side. Both Shane and Dana followed up with me in the coming couple days to check in on us. This dealership really seems to care. They are tremendous.
