Good Morning! Unfortunately, it was a very below average experience! Pre & post communications regarding the services to be performed were lacking. This is new vehicular purchased from this dealership / Service Dept. at Lewis DE. Please note the recall items serviced are currently causing problems that did not previously exist. The car loaner service discussed prior to this service work did not happen for the 2nd time on the service of this vehicle. A very inadequate explanation of the recall service was given upon pick-up. Calls have been made and messages left to the service Dept. about the new problems their recent service work created with NO response.
