Confirmed Service Customer
This is not the first time that my truck was in for service and they could not do the update/recall because "GM's system was down". They had my truck for 2 days for another issue but couldn't do the recall/update because the system was down. Either GM has a big support issue or the dealer did not have the time to do it and blamed GM. Either way it is shame on the dealer or shame on GM that this could not be done within the 2 days. As hard as it is to get a service apt. at this dealer I would expect to get the work done without needing to schedule another apt. AGAIN - this is NOT the first time.
