Confirmed Service Customer
I had to wait a month to bring the truck I purchased from you, in for service. I was told to bring it in at 9;00 am. I left t there the night before. At 2:00pm the next day the truck was not complete. I was told by an arrogant service person that I was among 20-30 other customers waiting for their vehicle. I received an email that I needed additional services ie, a cabin filter and the wheels needed rotating and balancing, plus a cabin filter. I authorized the rotation of tires but not the cabin filter, which I later thought about and I have owned a lot of new vehicles and I have never had to have the wheels balanced, especially a trick with only 23,000 miles so I am sure that was simply unnecessary as well as having to replace the cabin filter. I picked up the truck at 4;00 pm and I received a 283.99 bill. Simply ridiculously absurd! 89.95 to balance wheels that absolutely did not need doing, 31.40 in shop supplies are you kidding! I purchased this vehicle there but I will never return nor will I recommend your business to anyone ever!
