What happened before I got to the dealership speaks alot. Car stopped running in the Walmart parking lot blocking traffic from entering or exit. Brian a service tech for burton was in the parking lot-it was his day off-,he was great I would not have known what to do. He directed traffic, called for a tow truck and stayed until he came, he also notified the service dept we were coming.Everthing went smooth at the dealership. Brian deserves a gold star for all he did--he could have walked by telling me to move my car.
