I first tried to have my 2021 Buick Encore GX serviced at Fitzgerald in Rockville MD. They gave me the runaround, were rude and dismissive. I scheduled an appt at IG Burton in Lewes DE and called in advance to be sure they had the part I needed for a recall of an EVAP. They secured the part before I arrived at 8 30 on the appointed day and was able to pick up my care by 5pm. No hassle and no charge. Thx to Jackie Brubaker and the Team. Perfect!
