Confirmed Service Customer
I typically always rate a 5 but this time was not the case. I had never done drop off before (there were no appointments available) and I was not told it would be an ALL day process and my car would be done at the end of the day. I tried to text the gentleman that took care of me and then had to call since he didn't answer my text after an hour. I called and spoke with Pam and she said my car was being worked on. I drove by and saw my car in the same place. This statement from Pam was not true. The gentleman finally called me back and explained the type of service. I was not happy no one told me this process and I did not get my car until 530 at end of day. I usually with with Shane, who is amazing, this time my service was not the case. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and do not see that it is fit to give a good review.
