Confirmed Service Customer
I.G. Burton in Lewes, Delaware serviced my 2013 Sonic hatchback for three symbols that appeared on my dashboard; Stabilitrak, ABS, and finally Check Engine Light. The PCV diaphragm was found to be torn open. Mileage was almost 129k. Matt, the service advisor, was extremely informational and very polite. He even said he would look at my car and it was so close to closing; we talked about the code and symbols. These advisors often work under pressure and the service department was slammed with vehicles that were towed��� plus the snow storm was another impossible parameter the service department and mechanics had to navigate. I am grateful for the work on my car. This location for service is THE place to go to. Thank you to Jacquiline and Pam for their assistance as well.
